About Jack

Hello friends, my name is Jack! I'm about 1-2 years old and weight a little under 30 pounds. I'm neutered, up to date on shots, and feeling really great! My foster parents tell me I'm a big goofball! I think it's because I'm a bit clumsy and very, very loving! If you didn't already know I was full grown, you might mistake me for 'big dog' puppy. Unlike some dogs, I am not the highest jumper, so I can make it on the couch but not on the bed. And sometimes, I'll catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror and do a few barks. It won't last long, but each time, I briefly forget that that handsome stranger is actually me! Did I tell you I love food? I really love food, and I'm very food motivated! I can even catch food in my mouth and sit on command! I love to gulp water from the dog bowl and then swing my silly head around to rid my snoot of the extra water. Honestly, I just really love humans and most dogs! I'm having some problems meeting new dogs who I don't know so my new family will need some experience with leash and/or barrier reactivity. I love to wrestle around with my doggy foster siblings. Since I'm kind of clumsy and a bit goofy, I think I'd like a house with a yard to move around in, but if my human was patient, I could probably get used to an apartment. I'm a very sweet nugget, and I really want a forever home! Jack is neutered, utd on shots, HW- and chipped.
