9/14/18(S)- Andrew is a male choc lab.Approximately 3 yrs old.Weight 61.8 lbs.Available 9/19/18.Vet care was provided for $258.81,Andrew was presented today for Diarrhea and Vomiting.On exam he was slightly was dehydrated and tense on abdominal palpation.His Parvo test and Intestinal Parasite screening was Negative.An injection of Cerenia(for vomiting) and Pen Dex(for antibiotic/Steroid).Start him on Metronidazole and Propectalin as directed and offer him dry and Purina EN. Deworm fpr 5 days with Panacur,a recheck is strongly recommended on Monday.
