About Mater

Mater is a good little boy with a big heart. At 3.5 months old, he's tipping the scales at just under 10 pounds. Much like his Disney look alike and namesake (Mater from Cars), he seems to have turbo boosters that allow him to jump higher and do faster air tricks. When he's excited to see his people, he jumps straight up and down until he gets attention. He doesn't have a mean bolt in his chassis. Mater is very smart and has mastered the doggy door at his foster home. Since he's still young, further potty training will still be necessary in his new home. He gets along well with the three other dogs in the house. He also loves his brother Bubbles, who at first glance looks nothing like him (they do have similar facial features). Mater is very active and would love an active family. He would do great with an active family who likes to walk and hike. He'd also probably make a great agility dog. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, licensed, and vet checked. His adoption fee is $350. His adoption fee includes a free vet visit as well as 30 days of free pet insurance.
