About Bogart

Bogart is a 2 year old cairn Chihuahua mix who is looking for the perfect forever home. Bogart came to us after being rescued by HARTT, he found his way to them after walking through a strangers doggy door. Bogart is sweet as can be, but shy when meeting new people. He needs some time to warm up and adjust around new people. Bogart loves to have another dog around and will need to go to a home where he will have a canine companion, he must meet them before goi. It is likely that he is not house broken, so he will need a patient and gentle family who will work with him on house training. Bogart would do best with older, gentle children who understand when he needs his space. Bogart will need a very securely fenced back yard and a vigilant family to make sure he does not slip past them when going in and out of doors. He weighs 26 pounds fully grown. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, licensed, and vet checked. His adoption fee is $220. His adoption fee includes a free vet visit as well as 30 days of free pet insurance. To meet him come to our shelter location 1102 W Hatcher Rd open Tuesday to Sunday 11-6. Call for locations on weekend as we have off site adoption events that some dogs attend.
