About Moose

[Read About Natural Seizure Care] This is my baby Moose. I adopted him from Troup County Animal Shelter. He is so precious, loyal, loving and just an all around cuddle bug. 4 days after i adopted him he had two seizures back to back. I took him to the local mobile vet and he was given fluids and prescribed medication. It's lcalled Phenobarbital. He has only had probably 2 since then. He had a seizure in front of my fianc̩'s son and now he is scared of him. We tried explaining everything is okay but he won't come near him. We initially adopted him for our son. The seizures don't hurt him at all and comes back from them relatively quick. He comes inside and outside, he loves big blankets and couches. If given the chance, he loves to cuddle in the bed. He is very adventurous and loves exploring. He needs a decent amount of exercise. We don't want him to go back to a pound because he is worthy of so much more. Perfect best friend! Please help us out!
