About RAYNA

Meet Rayna, an 8 year old, female, Rottweiler, who was owner surrendered to the high kill SEAACA shelter, in Downey, California because her owners could no longer care for her and thus Rayna is code red, meaning she is on the list to be euthanized because she is one of the longest there and the shelter is full. Rayna gets along well with other dogs as she has been kenneled with other dogs. There is a rescue who is willing to save Rayna's life but they cannot do it without a foster (temporary home) and or adopter (permanent home). Fostering is free as the rescue provides all of the necessities while the dog is in foster care including paying for medical expenses, food and grooming.
