Lil' Bit is all puppy at 5 months old and 23lbs. She was just rescued from a kill shelter in the South where she was a volunteer favorite. They described her as follows:'Lil' Bit is a super sweet girl! She is very needy when she first meets you, but relaxes fairly quickly. She then sits & just stares at you, as if to say 'what do you want me to do?' I suggested we take a walk and she had no idea how to walk on a leash. She's a smart cookie and figured it out pretty well in a few minutes. Being smart and eager to please, Lil' Bit will easy to train. She was nervous in the kennel with the loud and big pups, but she loved meeting the shelter manager's dog, and Miss Kitty too in the back office!' Lil' Bit sounds like an awesome puppy, doesn't she? There will be more about her soon, but if you like what you hear and see, get your applications in. Lil' Bit won't be around for long. This pup is too young to be spayed/neutered so a $200 refundable spay/neuter is required at time of adoption. The $200 will be refunded with proof of spay/neuter. She is heartworm negative and up to date on core vaccines. Adoption fee is $325. Please note that training is highly recommended for all young dogs. As with all rescue animals, breed determination cannot be validated without genetic testing. Visit WWW.LULUSRESCUE.ORG and click on the ADOPT tab for an overview of Lulu's Rescue adoption process. Thanks for adopting and saving a life -- you are Lil' Bit's hero!
