About Jasper

Here is sweet lovable Jaspser. He is in foster in Olympia, WA Black Mouth Cur mix sort of ? He might have some boxer in him but can't be that much he doesn't have a short snout. lol He is a little over a year old and weighs about 50-55 pounds. He is very sweet. He tries very hard to cooperate on his leash which is great because he is very strong. He loves to ride comfortably in the back seat of the car and settles down quickly. He plays very well with other dogs. He will play and play! He is a higher energy dog. He would do fabulous with a very active younger person(s). He does need a good alpha leader and a strong physical person as well so that you can continue his etiquette training. He could live in a household with another dog but likely that other dog would need to be submissive. He is a smart dog. He was playing with children 10 and up and did great. He is fine with humans and his food, no issue at all. He does settle down quickly when he is kenneled at night or when you leave. You might be able to leave him loose in the house but we dont know yet. He/she is currently His/her adoption fee is $295 which covers his/her spay/neuter, vaccinations appropriate for his/her age, flea/tick treatment, microchip, health certificate and transport fees getting him/her from the rescue to WA.
