Super Urgent! Must leave immediately to not be killed. Playgroup boy Tugboat did well on his cat test. He is a super chill, very personable and super friendly guy with a great energy about him. He is easy to leash and handle, non-reactive to other dogs when walking through the shelter pavilion, sweet and loves to be pet and give kisses. He likes to run around the shelter lot and to explore all the smells in it.
