About Toby

This little long legged rascal is not even 9 pounds, talk about a little wisp of a dog! Toby is a little ray of sunshine, always happy and bouncy and loves to play. He was given up by a previous family after they had him for a month, they thought he was not good with people. It does happen, maybe it was just not the right fit for him. Since being with us Toby has been social, engaging, seeks attention, sits in our laps and has been very loving and greeted new people appropriately. He just met the neighbor when she came over to try a scarf pattern on him and needed a little dog for her model. Toby willingly and wiggily obliged, he acted like she was his long lost friend. We have not seen any aggressive issues, but since they have been noted we are looking for a dog savvy home, he may not be the dog for first time dog owners. Perhaps no small children either. Toby does enjoy playing with other dogs so an other dog in the house would be great. We are not sure of the breeds, he does have the yorkie face and ears but is a bit leggier like some chihuahua's, so who knows, all we know is he is adorable!! Toby is about 6 years old.
