Miss Bailey was certainly a big hit on News 12 last week, and for her next gig, she'd like a family to call her own! Bailey is a 2 1/2 year old, 45 lb Shepherd mix who is being fostered on Long Island. Her foster dad says that Bailey is extremely smart, easy to train (especially with a few tasty treats), has great recall, and easy to keep focused. She's a higher energy girl, so if you're looking for a couch potato, she's not a good fit. If you had a dog looking for a buddy, Bailey is at your service! She absolutely LOVES playing with her foster canine sister Riley all day long, and her foster dad thinks she definitely needs another dog in her new home. She and Riley like to play rough, so she'd be well suited with another pup who plays the same way. She occasionally thinks her foster dad should join in the antics, and she immediately backs off with a strong 'No' and happily goes back to playing with Riley. She is very good with kids who understand that she is a young dog who is still working on jumping and mouthing. Dog savvy kids who can correct her and participate in her training would be best. Bailey is spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated, and her adoption fee is $375. To adopt, please submit an app: www.OlliesAngelsAnimalRescue.org
