About Marshmallow

THIS RESCUE IS HUGE! Over 30 cats abandoned, left to starve and die locally. Cats are being found dead on the street from getting hit by cars, they're so flea-infested they're missing fur and covered in scabs, and the surrounding community doesn't care what happens. This will be an ongoing rescue until we can catch all cats left to die. Most are younger, some have neurological issues, and some have sight/hearing issues, but ALL need loved and a safe place to permanently call home! Marshmallow has completely captivated us. Despite her obvious struggles in life, she has overcome and gives us all a positive outlook. She has permanent neurological damage causing a tilt to her head. She isn't blind, but she doesn't see very well. She came to us on the brink of death, malnourished and dehydrated, missing patches of fur and lethargic. She has turned into the spunkiest cat ever with so much personality and enthusiasm for life! Marshmallow will always need to be an indoor kitty. She will need gentle and precautious handling of her, too, but she isn't overly delicate, she just doesn't always understand her surroundings!
