OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS: We do allow out-of-state adoptions for ADULT dogs, however, the adopter MUST come to Houston to get the dog and take the dog home with them. We do not allow our dogs to be shipped. Also, our puppies can only be adopted to the immediate Houston vicinity as it takes 4 months to get them completely vetted at our vet here in Houston. We will not allow our dogs/puppies to be adopted out of the area without being spayed/neutered. We spay/neuter puppies at 4 months old. I'm Marble. My foster Mommy tells me I'm the perfect package - a combination of gorgeous, affectionate, playful and sweet. Foster Mommy says I was born already knowing how to be a great dog, as if I were born with an instruction book. I've got a secret, though - the first chapter of my life was sad and rough. You see, my brother, Catfish, and I were just scared, abandoned shelter pups. That scary, early chapter taught us to appreciate becoming K-9 angels. I try to show my gratitude every day with lots of love, obedience and kisses. But hey, if Foster Mommy wants to believe I was born perfect, I'll let her. Being in a foster home means lots of love, good food, and precious care. We're being fostered with other dogs, and life is a blast. We play constantly, nap in a huddle, and get lots of love and kisses from Foster Mommy. I love to play. I'm sensitive and thoughtful to everyone - humans and animals. I'm working on my house training skills. I'm dreaming of being adopted by a family or person who will love me forever. The first chapter of my life might have been rough, but there's a whole beautiful story just waiting to unfold for me. Let me be your perfect package, and you can be the author of all my next perfect chapters! Marble is an Aussie/Catahoula/mix breed, male puppy with an estimated Birthday of 6/15/2018. PUPPIES: Young puppies that have not had their second round of puppy shots will not be at the Adoption Center for our weekend adoption events. If your application is approved, a meeting can be arranged. Also, we only adopt young puppies locally due to the 4 month time frame it takes to get them fully vetted and altered. SPAY/NEUTER: As we believe proper healthcare of one's pet is a requirement of good ownership K-9 Angels Rescue only adopts out dogs that have been fully vetted. If the dog being adopted is not already altered at the time of their adoption, the dog will be altered within 2 weeks of adoption at our vet at our cost, with the exception of puppies which will be altered as soon as the puppy is ready.
