About Waldo (east)

WALDO - A4104940 Hi, my name is WALDO. I am a neutered male, white and brindle American Bulldog. The shelter staff think I am about 9 years old, and I weigh about 72 lbs. I have been at the shelter since Jul 11, 2018. Waldo has had a pretty rough life. He has had a couple of surgeries, but is now relatively healthy, considering his age. He is very low energy, and would make a great companion for a senior-type person like himself. He just wants to be loved on all the time, and is calm and shy. He walks well on a leash, so might very well fit in with the lifestyle of a senior person who likes short walks. He is very gentle with people, but pretty selective with high energy dogs. He got beat up a little by another dog at the shelter, but fought back, so he isn't completely helpless. Considering how long he has been at the shelter along with his age, he will more than likely be put on euthanasia list very soon. This sweet old guy would make a wonderful companion for someone in the autumn of his life. Won't you step up? Please?
