About Scuttles

When Scuttles first came to SNIPSA, he could not walk. All he could do is 'scuttle' around on his bottom. After further inspection, we learned that Scuttles was suffering from a broken hip-probably hit by a car as he was looking for food. We got him into surgery as soon as possible and now, this sweet boy is recovering phenomenally! He is finally walking around and wagging his tail as happy as can be.
