Urgent. Roger is a typical 7 month old puppy. He bounces everywhere and thinks everything is a toy. He loves treats and when he gets a big one he takes it off to the side as if to hide it. Please save Roger's life before it's too late. He needs a foster to leave the shelter so his life will be spared. He is at a kill shelter that is full and dogs are being killed. Fostering is free of charge and everything is provided.
