About Garvey

Garvey. 1 year old Male 3/4 bichon and 1/4 Shih Tzu He is the sweetest boy ever!!! He lived outside 24/7 with his previous owner so was a filthy, snarled mess when we got him. Because he didn't get much socialization before, he is a bit timid when he first meets someone. But when he warms up? Whoo boy!!! He's the most affectionate and demonstrative guy you could ever imagine! He's a big time cuddled and snuggling is a favorite pastime. But he also has a very playful side; he likes to throw his toys around and chase them and often tears around the house at full speed. Garvey is a happy boy with shiny black button eyes and a super soft coat. He's impossible to resist! Garvey is fabulous with other dogs but could easily be an only dog since he loves getting attention from his person so much. Garvey is doing pretty well on potty training and will just need some continued monitoring for him to fully get it. He's a smart boy and wants to please everyone. He is also crate trained.
