We adopted Burt when he was one and a half years old. He was found on the streets of Pontiac. Burt is a lovable, bull-headed and energetic dog. He is command trained (heel, sit, down, up, nice, here) and is very eager to learn more. While he is a fantastic dog, he does not get along well with any other animals. Burt has food aggression and needs to be the dominant/ only animal in the home. He has had confrontations with other pets. He has never shown aggression towards humans, he is extremely lovable. As we have other animals in the home, we can, unfortunately, no longer keep him. He is a phenomenal dog and needs to be placed where there are no other pets and he can get the affection and attention he deserves. He is up to date on all shots and is cage trained, but not prefers the human contact of sleeping in your bed. It's hard to believe this truly lovable dog cannot get along with other animals, but unfortunately that is the circumstance. If you have any questions please contact.
