Tootsie is an 11 yr old Jack Russel Terrier who weighs 13 pounds. She's got typical Jack Russel bouncy energy. She has no known vices. She's house broke, crate trained, perfectly healthy, and leash walks well. She LOVES her stuffy toys and will always happily bring you one when you come in the door after being away. Totsie was pulled form a high kill shelter and we have no idea why she was sent there. This little girl is a perfect, bouncy, love.
