About Buddy

Buddy is a 2 year old Doxie blend from a hoarding case in New Mexico. He weighs approximately 18 pounds. Little Buddy came from an awful place where he was one of many who were left outside all the time with little human contact. He is the sweetest little guy ever, just very unsure about his new surroundings. He is very timid and needs some time to warm up. He has so much potential to be a super Dachshund, he just needs someone who will help him with his confidence. He is good with other dogs and likes to play sometimes (he is learning that playing is fun). He especially loves dinner time (as do all Dachshunds). He is learning about walks and the leash and seems pleased when he is on a walk. He is looking for a home where he can take his time to learn to trust and be happy.
