About Benny

Benny is an 8 year old terrier mix. He is very spunky,loves to cuddle and go for walks. He is also very smart and knows how to sit, speak,and 'hop' for his treats. Benny is crate trained as well. He spent the first 4 years of his life abused and neglected only living on a very short chain outside. Benny does well with other dogs and cats, although he does enjoy chasing them from time to time, but does not hurt them. He has a severe allergy to fleas, so preventative meds are a must!! He also enjoys running, so he will have to go to someone with a securely fenced yard. He is such a sweet dog and really needs to find a good home to live out his golden years. I would prefer a home where he's the only dog, as he needs that special attention after everything he's been through, and a house with no young children, as he's a bit unsure of them.
