Elvis looks to be about 9 he has allergy's to fleas and food he has lost a lot of hair from scratching we found him on the side of the road two months ago he was skin and bones we got some meet on him but can't help him with his allergy's his nails are over grown and i am afraid to cut them to short Elvis is a great dog we just can't afford to give him the care he needs
