Tate was dumped out on the streets by his owner when they decided they didn't want him anymore. The neighbor contacted us and we took him into rescue. Tate is vision impaired but gets around just fine. Tate is about 5 years old and weighs 6 pounds. He is neutered, up to date on shots and microchipped. He has completed treatment for heartworms. He is a total love bug and lap dog.
