About Smokey and Sadie

***COURTESY POST - THESE DOGS ARE NOT WITH THE RESCUE*** LOCATED IN MIDLAND , NC Smokey is a male 10 year old Neutered Blue Tick hound(50lbs) - fully vetted and current with all prevention. He was rescued from an abusive situation nine years ago (and has been with a companion named Sadie who is a 10 year old black lab mix). Smokey has an easy going laid back temperament, can be shy, but loves belly rubs and can be quite lazy on warm days. He occasionally favors his right rear leg, and been checked by the vet and may have suffered a torn ACL in the past, but is not experiencing pain. Sadie is a female 10 yr old Black Lab mix(52lbs) also fully vetted and current with all prevention. Very friendly, loves attention, very playful and loves to play fetch Both are outside dogs and have been allowed to run the property within a radio controlled fence system. Neither dog will enter the house and don't like closed in spaces. Owner has two sentry radio collar containment systems with extra collars and batteries, and two good dog houses that can go to their new home with them. Both have all their shots and not due until August 2019. Also has six months worth of heart worm and flea and tick medication for each dog.
