#A5197653 Lieutenant Dan is a spectacular 2-year-old grey-and-white neutered male Pit Bull mix who was found as a stray in Azusa and brought to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on July 7th. Weighing 75 lbs, Lieutenant Dan wowed our volunteers with his happy and cooperative personality. He was thrilled to get a squeaky toy that he could gently hold in his mouth and make his baby. Lieutenant Dan is a cheerful, funny fellow who walks respectably on leash, seems to be housebroken and already knows some basic commands. He adores being with people and also enjoys the company of other dogs.He has a blast playing in the shelter run playgroups. If you're looking for a friendly, well-socialized Pit Bull who can join you on hikes and other adventures where other dogs are likely to be around, Lieutenant Dan is your man! Lieutenant Dan will be a great dog in a fun-loving forever home, including in households with kids old enough to really play with him. LT.
