[Read About Natural Incontinence Care] Looking for a good, loving, patient family or person to adopt my sweet Gideon Michael ... �'ۢ Gideon is 9-10 years old (don't let his age fool you!) he was given to me 3 years ago because his owner at the time was taking care of her mother who soon passed and she also works 12 hr shifts and was unable to give him the time and care he needed! He has some nicknames he loves Giddy, Boo Boo, and I will sometimes call him Mikey because his middle name is Michael and he loves it lol... �'ۢGideon loves playing and running outside, he loves trees, sun bathing, cuddling, treats, he likes pretending he's a cat (we actually think he thinks he is one) he likes to rub on your legs like a cat and rub his head on you (lol), and he loves his naps. �'ۢGideon does have a skin condition that's caused by yeast infection so he does stink... I have been bathing him in medicine for 3 years twice a week and it has helped tremendously but it still has not gone away ... I have tried many other medicines and shampoos and nothing has helped him. My vet told me he would probably have it for the rest of his life because he's probably had it since he was a pup and it was never taken care of right away. Which also means you have to wash his bedding once a week. Gideon is also food aggressive with other animals not people! I can stick my hand in his face while he's eating out of his bowl and pet him he's only food aggressive with animals and he will fight them over food. Gideon would be good with kids 7 and up infants or toddlers he would get way to excited around and would accidentally scratch them not meaning to, or knock them down. Gideon is not neutered and I was told he was too old and it would be hard on him due to his airway so I never took him ... Gideon's dominance is very strong and so he will pee wherever he pleases in your house even after he has went outside to potty... we have prevented this by purchasing him male wraps (male dog diapers because there is a difference) I usually order his on chewy and from time to time purchase the ones at Walmart in the dog isle and he won't be able to pee on anything because the diaper stops it... that's why at the beginning I stated looking for a good, loving, PATIENT, family or person... because you will need a lot of patience with him ... he is not a bad dog he is the sweetest that's why it has been so hard for me to rehome him because I think I'm the only person capable of taking care of him because my patience and understanding is through the roof... but I can no longer do this due to many big reasons. I will be extremely cautious and picky of whom I will choose for him because I don't want him going to a home where people get angry at him easily and they can't handle him, get rid of him after having him only a week or 2 months, or might even abuse him... so if you are interested we can set up dates for you to meet and play. And of course so I can meet you and see how you are around him... If you are interested message me. I will be extremely picky and I don't even apologize because his safety and well being is very important to me.
