About Babs

Welcome Babs. She is a 7-year-old Rat terrier. She was with a 96-year-old man and he passed and the family asked for CCPAL to take his dogs. The family had no space for any of the dogs. He was a nice owner and the dogs are in good shape and maybe a bit on the heavy side. She is not used to being on a leash and it scares her. CCPAL is doing a great job working with her on new experiences. She is not the social butterfly but would nothing more than staying home with you. She is not very vocal and shy girl. She bonds deeply and is very loyal to her 'person.' She would like a quiet home with a single person or an older couple. A senior person would be her best family. Her adoption fee is 200 and transport is 185. She can be adopted locally here in Texas or transported to the East or the West Coast.
