About Sitka

Sitka is a really sweet dog. She is in foster in Olympia, wa She's a no-trouble dog...unless you have cats. She will chase them. I keep her called down for it and she stops when her name is called...but it's just so much fun. She ignores them most of the time until opportunity strikes. What breed is she??? Very likely one of those 'scruffy terrier' types that are low/no shedding. However, if you are allergic we can't say for sure she is hypo allergenic we do not know and she clearly is a mix of breeds. We do know she is 16#s and estimated to be 2 1/2 to 3 yrs old. She is house trained and enjoys going outside. She doesn't ask to be on my bed...I do have several that sleep with me and she doesn't demand to have the space. She loves 'snack time' which is when I go to bed...everyone gets a few bites of String Cheese. She is very gentle and does not hog food, bite your hand as she takes the food, and she absolutely loves to play with other dogs. She has no medical issues. She is spayed, vaccinated with 2 DAPP; 2 Bordetella, and Rabies. She is tested heart worm negative and has been on prevention since we got her which was June 23rd.
