About Matilda

MATILDA - aka MATTIE Mattie is a 10- year old ChiWeenie who is just adorable and on the small size. she weighs a mere 8 lbs. Adopt Me Rescue took her from a shelter where we were told she had mammary tumors -no problem. It turned out she had two large hernias - way too big for such a little girl, so Veterinary Specialists of the Valley needed to perform the corrective surgery which was more complicated than our regular vet was equipped to handle. Mattie is now healed and ready to be adopted. Her personality is more Dachshund than Chihuahua and she makes every attempt to manage the pack in residence at her foster mom's home.
