About Lydia

LYDIA...is a 2yo, Terrier female. She is in foster in Olympia, wa She is 11#s and one of the cutest ever. She is a small dog with attitude!!! She loves to play but her favorite is chasing her tail. It curls over her back and she sees the white tip and it looks like it's chasing her so she spins in 2 or 3 circles growling at it. It's hilarious! She is fairly good with cats...but if they run, she will chase. She is potty trained to pads. She is 'spunky'...so little children may not understand her active playing. Also, it is so much fun to tease/play with her but a little teasing goes a long way. Kids may not understand when to quit. Tease/play must allow her to win most of the time and must be balanced with an equal dose of love and affection. She also is a great beggar. She sits up begging immediately when you have something she wants...and she is quite a junk-food-junky. We have out 'go to bed snack' and she is right there begging. Lydia is active enough to go on long walks and she absolutely loves to play with other dogs. Lydia is spayed, vaccinated including Bordetella and rabies, microchipped, and tested NEG for heart worms!!!
