My name is Bruno and I am a 10 month old Neutered Doberman Pinscher. I am a very large boy weighing over 70 pounds already! I am excellent on a leash and love walks!Bruno spent most of hislife outside so his foster is currently instilling basic household manners. He am great with kids in toddler hood and up but babies we are unsure of. His current foster family has a blend of large breed dogs that he gets along with great, but the typical doberman prey drive makes him not ideal for homes with small dogs, cats, or other small animals. Bruno will need a strong parental figure in his life and he functions well on a schedule. Active families are preferred by this breed but they definitely love being able to curl up on their parents laps and snuggle in the evenings. Male dobermans can grow up to 120lbs and function best as pets and not as purely guard dogs. The average life expectancy is 10 to 12 years. They are very intelligent dogs that if left to boredom and loneliness can act out. Reinforcement training is a must for this breed if you wish to see their full capacity at all life stages
