About Maverick

Maverick is a sweetheart with a lot of energy to burn. He loves going for extra long hikes and playing chase with his friends. He is also a giant flirt and a total ham. Suzy has had a rough go at life. She was, at some point, hit by a car and suffered injuries that were never treated resulting in her having pretty mangled legs and severe arthritis. She is still a firecracker though, and until she gets to know someone she can be a bit aggressive. She just needs the right person with a big enough heart and plenty of patience to show her that not all people are bad, and give her a second chance at happiness. He is currently available at Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary located in Mt Juliet TN. All forever fosters have any medical expenses paid for by the sanctuary for the duration of their lives.
