About Quasimojo

Quasimodo & Esmeralda (Quasi & Esme, for short) are soul mates! They go together like peas & carrots ... apple pie & ice cream ... baseball & hotdogs! Quasi is the handsome cream colored boy with the alluring underbite; Esme is the pretty chestnut & white girl with the pert nose & soft brown eyes. Don't let the diminutive size of these 2 year old, 10-15 lb pug/chihuahua babies fool you; they have personality in spades and will keep you in stitches with their escapades! Quasi has a huge personality and is the ring leader; he's keenly intelligent & inquisitive so is always exploring and wanting to be where the action is! Esme is the 'partner in crime' ... the Robin to his Batman; she follows Quasi's lead and can be found right on his heels as he is rummaging through the dirty laundry or following an enticing smell or making friends with visitors. Watching this precocious pair play is better entertainment than any movie; it comes with full sound effects and fast-paced action! But when they tire of their shenanigans, the 'Dynamic Duo' are wonderful cuddlers. They enjoy sitting in your lap while watching movies and eating popcorn (they LOVE popcorn!) or else snuggled up while you are reading a good book. Surprisingly enough, Quasi is the Velcro baby when it's time to go to sleep; he prefers to lie across your neck or right in the crook of your arm. Esme, who is the most demonstrably affectionate and gives wonderful kisses, happily curls up on the pillow beside your head. A fenced in yard is a must for these two as they need to be able to run & play outside. Because of their small size & preference for being the center of attention, we don't think they'd do well in a home with kids younger than 12 years old. Quasi & Esme are great with other dogs but really don't interact with them that much; these two lovebirds are so enamored of each other that they don't often pay attention to other canines. They have eyes only for each other! The 'tiny tandem team' are going to be so much fun and will bring so much joy & laughter to whoever is lucky enough to adopt them! They are crate trained but prefer to be housed together; they are never apart. ��%BD��%BD��%BD'��%BD The adoption fee for Quasimodo & Esmeralda is $375; they are fixed, microchipped and current on vaccinations as well as heartworm preventative. We are only adopting them locally (within 1 hour of Indianapolis) as their foster mom cherishes them so much and wants to be the babysitter when their new parents go out of town.
