Carter is a 4yo Beagle mix. He is the sweetest dog and loves to snuggle and give kisses. Carter would prefer a home with no other dogs (he doesnt like to share) and no kids (he is grumpy if woken from his naps). He would make a great companion for a retired person or couple he is great on the leash and loves to go for walks. He still needs a little work on potty training but already is so much better since he has been neutered. He is vaccinated, neutered and microchiped.
