About Tucker

Welcome Tucker. He is a 2-year-old Basenji/Chihuahua mix. He has a bushy and curly tail which make us think Basenji in the mix. He is a small boy at about 11 pounds. He is sturdy and small and would make a good walking companion. He is confident and would make a great only dog or could be paired with another dog that will allow him to be the leader. He was found as a stray and will be neutered soon. He prances around the shelter with his chest out and tail high ready for someone to see his cute smile and want to adopt him. He could be in a quiet or rambunctious home as the commotion at the shelter is fine with him. He likes to explore the property and other than some pulling is good on a leash. He likes all people and will be a great companion for some lucky family. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or transported to the East or the West Coast.
