About Copper

Cute Copper is one of the Extraordinarily Enchanting Eleven, a litter of 11 Rat Terrier mix pups born in June to a Rat Terrier mix mom and an unidentified dad. At 12 weeks, Copper weighs 10 lbs., so he'll probably weigh around 20 to 25 lbs. as an adult. These babies were fortunate to have been born into foster care, where they could be loved and cared for by their mom and human foster parents. Copper distinguishes himself with his big, beautiful floppy ears, short legs, and long tail. He's also one of the quieter members of the litter. All of the pups are playful and get along with the adult dogs in their foster home, as well as any human visitors who drop by. They especially love getting attention from their human foster parents. Since they're all so young, they're just starting on house-training and are learning to use a training pad. Adopters should plan on continuing house-training, but since every one of these sweethearts is smart and alert, they should catch on quickly.
