About Gunderson

Welcome to rescue Gunny! Gunny is a 7 year old chocolate labrador. He is a sweet fella who had his tail docked (the curse of the super wagger) to prevent him from continuing to injure it. He unfortunately finds himself at rescue surrendered by his family hoping to find a suitable home for him. They were sad to part but wanted what was best for Gunny. He's a playful guy and loves to fetch! Does great with the other dogs and is a pretty handsome dude. He also does well with our children. We will cat test soon! If interested in meeting and potentially adopting, please read the adoption requirements and complete the adoption application located at forbellessake.org. Once processed and approved, a meet and greet can be scheduled and if a match, an adoption can be finalized at that time as well. The adoption fee is $175. All residents are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and treated for any known medical issues. Housetraining is not guaranteed but crate training is worked on with all residents. Breeds cannot be guaranteed. A fenced yard is required if a yard is available.
