About Harper

Howdy! My name is Harper & I was rescued from a high kill shelter in TX. I traveled all the way to PA to the rescue & I am now looking for my furever family! I am just around 1 year old & I am just 7 lbs. I am a chi terrier mix so I'll stay pretty small. My spay is scheduled for 9/20. I am current on vaccines & microchipped. I am crate trained & I walk well on a harness/leash. I like to play with other dogs, and my favorite place to nap is in the sun. I am a little shy when I first meet people, but I love to be held and I like to sit on my foster's lap. I am available for meet & greets.
