About Judge

Judge is a very energetic and loyal dog. He is extremely loyal, loving and sweet to his family but is very territorial and can be aggressive to strangers that come onto his territory. We adopted Judge around 6 months ago from a family that was no longer able to keep him along with a female German Shepherd. He has never shown any aggression towards me, my wife, or our daughter. However, he has been aggressive towards other people coming onto our property and this is why we are having to give him up. He was a stray that showed up at the house of the people we adopted him from. They claimed to never have any aggression issues with him but because he is a stray his past is unknown. Whoever adopts Judge needs to understand that he is very territorial and protective and he will bite if somebody other than his family comes onto his territory. I would like to see him go to somebody that has a lot of space for him to run as I feel like he would thrive in this environment because of his energy level. However, because of his territorial nature we must give him up because of the liability of having him around with the number of people that frequent our home. He has never shown any aggression when we are outside of our property. I have taken him on walks where he meets complete strangers and he has always been outgoing and friendly.
