His unscrupulous owners were using him as bait in dog fights. He is an extremely friendly dog, very healthy and quite active. His vaccinations are now up-to-date, he has been dewormed and neutered, and he has been microchipped. He's looking for that second chance with a family who would like to take proper care of him and provide him with his new forever home.
