About Maggie

Maggie is an energetic girl as long as she gets her thyroid medication as ordered. She has some food aggression issues, and needs to be fed separately from other dogs. She will bully smaller dogs and pushes larger dogs to play frequently. She is stubborn but loyal, easily won over with food, treats and attention. She is a talented escape artist. She loves to run free, but she also likes a place to come home to. Scared of thunderstorms, loud noises, fireworks, gunfire. She is used to being crated while indoors. Kindness goes a long way with Maggie. You will have to build a loving relationship with her before she'll listen to you. If she is penned outdoors too long, or put on a chain, she will try everything to escape. If you pay attention to her and take care of her, she will stick around and get attached to you.
