About Lulu

Hello I am Lulu! I am a 10 yr old, female, boxer mix. Don't let my age fool you, I still have a lot of life left in me. You see I ended up at Animal Control because my mom and dad were getting a divorce and they used me to hurt each other. Someone told me that my mom got a new puppy which I hear happens a lot. Anyway that's not my problem anymore. I was at the shelter for several months and only had a few friends. One was the shelters adoption coordinator named Jennifer. She never gave up and worked so had to make sure I got out alive. Another lady named Wendy worked really had to save me, she is now my foster mom. Another lady came to see me a lot and she kept telling I would be rescued one day. She ended up being the one who saved me, along with my foster mom. I was in danger of being put to sleep so they took me in. Now I am so happy, but need a home to call my own. I am very smart and super sweet. I am proof you can teach an old dog new tricks. I know basic commands like sit and stray. I am good with chicken, pigs and kids. I do need to be the only dog because I am older and don't like other dogs in my personal space. I am spayed UTD on all vaccines, HW negative and on prevention. I am a special girl who deserves to live the rest of her life in comfort.
