About Jake

My aunt was renting a home in Anderson, SC. When the tenants moved, they left him behind. I took him, with hopen of being able to find him a home, but haven't been successful. He's a big dog, very strong, and I can't handle him. I have two children, he's good with them, but he's too playful and hurts them. I have him tied up outside right now as my last resort. He jumps and climbs out of the gate. I have tried to bring him inside on really hot days, but it's hard to do. He's all over the place. I'm trying to find someone to take him, give him a good life. He has a very low quality of life right now, there's not much I can do for him except feed him. I don't know what to do with him.
