About Jackson

[Read About Natural Seizure Care] Jackson is very lovable, extremely energetic, has a history of seizures(currently doing fairly well on medication), very attentive and highly focused, extremely loyal and eager to please - very trainable. He once had great training in both English and German; sit, down, fetch, high five-but has lost most manners since his owner had a lengthy hospital stay and has since passed away - but he continues to look for her every day. Does not do well in cages or kennels at all. He gets very vocal when playing at times (missed out on socializing in his formative years) but usually does well with other dogs. He's always ignored cats in our experiences with them. He absolutely loves to play-he's the king of fetch and loves to tag the red dot and return. He's been known to trample things (e.g. oxygen tubing, blind/smaller dogs, gardens, your feet) in his way with disregard while focused on playing or following his person. He's definitely a dog that needs a job; or that can keep track of his person constantly. He's really such a good dog. He's so focused and snuggly and loves mostly everyone (off with some men) - but the look on his face says his sole purpose is to make you proud and happy and brighten your day. But he needs that attention and has so much ENERGY; I want to make sure he gets the right home where he'll have the proper outlets; both mental and physical.
