About Bertha

Hi! I am Bertha, a Treeing Walker Coonhound. I am a senior, about 9 years old. I was found roaming the road, skinny, starved, with a huge gash on my leg and a large hernia. My hernia was repaired, but then I developed cancerous lumps. I had surgery to remove the cancer, and was spayed. I am all well now, since I haves stopped producing hormones. I am humble, friendly, gentle and loving. I deserve a loving home the rest of my years, since I have survived so much. I wag my tail whenever anyone comes to see me, and I love petting.
