About Frank

My name is Frank and I'm a one and a half year old, 59 lb Lab/German Shepherd mix in need of a new forever home. My family loved me, but I just got too big and clumsy to have a 4 year old human sister and they didn't have the time to teach me all the things I need to know to become all that I can be. I love to snuggle and give kisses, but I am very protective of my family. I'm told I still have a lot to learn, so it helps that I'm very treat oriented. I love other dogs and will play with them for hours, if I'm not chasing a ball. I think my perfect home would have no young children and a playmate so that I can use up my energy, someone who has time to play with me and teach me. I do require a fenced in yard. I promise, I'll do my best to make you proud. I am neutered, up to date on shots, housebroken, and I sleep through the night but have never been crate trained. I have the run of my entire foster home, even when alone, and I never destroy anything. (My foster family lives in Raleigh). Want to apply to adopt me?
