About Honey

Honey is a sweet, shy, 6-year old Pug/Sharpei mix looking for her forever home. She belonged to a family friend who passed earlier this summer, at which time I took her in. She came with a breed related skin condition (vet report available) that is now getting better but needs more time. She does great with other dogs - and is always sweet at doggy camp when I have gone on trips. She is a bit shy until she knows you and she can be very shy around some men. Her former owner did not teach her commands so she does not know 'come' but she learned 'sit' in a session with treats. Honey loves being out in our fenced back yard during the day. Currently, I crate her at night, but she probably doesn't need it. Please contact me if you are seriously interested in giving Honey a loving home!
