P L E A S E. H E L P A partially Ferrell young cat has been coming to my friend's door. My friend has been feeding him. He rubs on her legs a lot and is being petted quite a bit.He gets sweeter every day. problem is this is at an apartment complex that does not allow but 1 pet outdoors. She has a pet inside and cannot bring in a new one. At anytime the landlord could see the cat and send it to the pound. With him being partially Ferrell he is bound to be put down. Please if you can help or know someone that can e-mail me asap. Hhe deserves a home.I will help a little with vet bill.
