About Russia

Russia is a true Cinderella story, and now she desperately needs her fairytale ending. She arrived to the shelter with injuries to her body & her spirit. She was absolutely terrified & trembling uncontrollably in the back of her kennel when I met her on that freezing cold morning. With that very first loving touch, Russia's eyes lit up & she realized that humans aren't all bad ... now? She is a shelter favorite & often finds herself behind the front counter, greeting guests. Russia is fully housebroken, incredible on a leash, spayed, vaccinated & wonderful with children. I have personally tested her with kids & her gentle energy is amazing to watch. True to her princess nature, Russia wants to be an 'only child'. She also LOVES to sit beautifully for a ham & cheese sandwich & feels that she deserves one! I have worked extremely closely with this special girl for months & can answer any questions. As gorgeous as she is in pictures, it's nothing compared to her real-life beauty.
