About Butch

Butch was just returned due to separation anxiety. Butch is undergoing treatment with Prozac and we are having great success. This is the perfect dog. Dogs, cats, horses, pigs, chickens, kids you name it. This dog is their friend. He loves the water, kayaking, car riding, snuggling. House trained, leash trained. But....he has anxiety and must be crated in a durable crate (which come with him) when he is left alone. He also needs a fenced yard and a buddy. I love this guy. Butch has a long history of abuse and neglect. He was shot up with meth in the mountains of Tennessee and then contracted auto immune disease from the abuse and almost died. If you could find it in your heart to look past his quirk, you will have your best friend. But you must be diligent in the crating when you leave the home.
